Engage in various sports and activities at state-of-the-art facilities

Home to a variety of facilities that offer fun recreational activities for everyone in the family, Yucaipa is the perfect place to hang up your hat and stay awhile. The City’s 32.5 acre Yucaipa Community Park offers scenic views, three multi-purpose fields, tennis courts, and an abundance of recreational activities. The adjacent Bryant Glen Sports Complex consists of four multi-purpose playing fields while the 13th Street Sports Complex includes several little league fields, a T-ball field, a multi-purpose field, new bleachers and an acre dedicated to local habitat. Sports facilities nearby the 13th Street Sports Complex include the Yucaipa Skate Park and the newly opened Yucaipa BMX park. Not far away is the Rick McCown Soccer Complex, offering the soccer community a place to play with five fields (some partially lit) that are dedicated year-round to the sport of soccer. Tournaments, camps, league play and coaching and referee training courses are offered seasonally.

Crafton Hills College allows public use of recreational facilities, including a six-hole golf course, Olympic-sized pool, gymnasium, track, basketball courts, tennis courts, and hiking trails. Joint Use Agreements with the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District allow limited public access to select facilities after school and on weekends. Additional special use recreational facilities offer opportunities for passive and active recreation. Facilities include, but are not limited to, the 7th Street Pool, Yucaipa Community Center/Gymnasium, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club, the Equestrian Center, numerous softball fields, and a covered/lighted outdoor basketball court.
